Infacol

A brand of Simethicone sold in the United Kingdom and other countries in EU. The packet includes a dropper to use to administer the liquid to an infant. Registered under medicine code PL 0108/0100.

Although Simethicone is effective in treating adults, there is little evidence of it treating infant colic. A study published in 1984 concluded that Simethicone was no more effective than a placebo for treating colic for infants between 2 and 8 weeks old.[1]
