Improvável is a popular Brazilian improvisational theater show, as well as a web series based on the same show. It is produced by Cia. Barbixas de Humor and features Anderson Bizzocchi, Daniel Nascimento and Elidio Sanna, along with varying invited guests[1].
The show is influenced by the television series Whose Line is it Anyway? (both British and American versions). It is structured with games presented by an emcee, that introduces the games and rules, selects suggestions from the audience and controls the flow of the game. The remaining four "players" then act based on the rules of each game.
Each show presents two guests to complete the structure of one emcee and four players. Recurring guests include Marcio Ballas, Marcelo Tas and Rafinha Bastos, among others.
"Improvável" started monthly in 2008. Since February 2009, it is presented weekly in São Paulo, with extra weekend sessions in several Brazilian cities.
Some shows are also recorded and broadcast on Youtube. The Youtube channel videosimprovaveis is the mostly watched channel in Brazil[2], totaling more than one hundred and forty million views. Some of the games are:
