"Ich tu dir Weh" (I hurt you) is the second single from the 2009 album Liebe ist für alle da by the German band Rammstein. Mainly because of the sado-masochistic content of this song, the album was placed on the "index" maintained by the German Bundesprüfstelle für jugendgefährdende Medien.[1][2] In May 2010, the original uncensored album and the single were unindexed and consequently released in Germany.[3]

The first promotional video for the single was released online on 21 December 2009, hosted on the adult site visit-X.
The video shows the band performing the song with equipment that has black and gray colours. Both Till Lindemann and Oliver Riedel are wearing eye contacts that eventually turn colours. (Ollie's turn green and Till's turn red.) Lindemann's mouth also shines a white light when he sings. There is a cable run through his cheek, and a light is mounted inside of his mouth (this is not a prop or trick photography). Till wanted the effect to be authentic, so he had a cheek piercing created just for the production.[4][5] At the climax of the video, the stage around Flake fills with electricity, resulting in the band members exploding at the last note.
When played live, large amounts of pyrotechnics are used during "Ich tu dir weh". Worth noting is the choreographed fight that happens mid-song between front man Till Lindemann and keyboardist "Flake" Lorenz, which ends with Flake being forced into a large bath tub. Lindemann proceeds to stand on a platform that raises him high above the bathtub, from which he pours a large amount of sparks from a milk can into the bath below. This causes multiple large explosions, after which Flake emerges wearing a silver holographic suit. In the first few German concerts of the Liebe ist für alle da tour, the song's lyrics would be modified to allow the band to play the song with lyrics live, due to the lyrical content being tagged as inappropriate by the Bundesprüfstelle für jugendgefährdende Medien.[1][2] The song is now allowed to be played live as the decision to place the song on the index has been reversed. It is from this point during the "Liebe ist für alle da" tour, that Flake Lorenz also begins to walk on a treadmill located between his two keyboards and this continues for the rest of the performance. As of 2010, the song has been removed from the Latin America setlist and replaced with "Mein Teil". However, it did return in the Canada and U.S. concerts.
