Hınıs (Kurdish: Xinûs, Armenian: Խնուս, Khnus) is a town and district of Erzurum Province in the Eastern Anatolia Region region of Turkey. The mayor is Enver Taçyıldız (SP). The population is 9,792 (as of 2010).
