This is a very vibrant fun neighborhood. A colorful nightlife with many walking streets that are closed off to cars in the evening. Along with tons of coffee shops, restaurants, and a large theater district.

Some of the best things about Hyehwa are the basketball courts, tons of food choices including an American style diner similar to Johnny Rockets (Platters).

Hyehwa is right beside Seoul National University Hospital. There are a lot of young people near this neighborhood and there are a couple Universities here. There is also a new University campus being built near the edge of this neighborhood. I've noticed a lot of little shops and stores opening up in the neighborhood beside Hyehwa.
