Humphrey Jones (7 December 1862 – 10 June 1946) was a Welsh footballer. He began his career with Friars School before joining Bangor.[1] This was followed by a spell at Swifts F.C., before he moved to Scotland to represent Queen's Park and East Stirlingshire.[2] Between 1885 and 1891 he picked up 14 caps for Wales, five of which were won at East Stirlingshire which, to this day, remains a club record for most capped player.[3]
