Hoftoren is the tallest building of the Hague, measuring 142 metres. The Ministry of Education, Culture and Science of the Netherlands is housed here. The tower has 29 floors. The nickname of the tower is De vulpen (The fountain-pen)
The Hoftoren is designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF) in New York City, and built by Heijmans Bouw BV. The top of the building isn't used for functional purposes.
