"Help Somebody" is the title of a song co-written by Jeffrey Steele, and recorded by the country music duo Van Zant. It was released in March 2005 as the first single from their 2005 album Get Right with the Man. It peaked at #8 in the United States, and #29 in Canada. This song was their first entry on the country charts.[1]
