Hellandsbygd is a small hamlet in Sauda municipality, Norway. It is located about 1 mile in the mountains North of the city of Sauda, too far away to be considered a part of the Sauda urban area.
Historically it was an important mining industrial location. Hellandsbygd has also been an important hydro power producer, once delivered power from two power plants; Sauda I (1919–2008) and currently Sauda IV (built 1968).
