Heidi Cortez (born March 11, 1981 in Southern California) is an American entrepreneur (actress, model, producer, & writer). In November 2005, Cortez was hired by Howard Stern to be the radio host and co-writer for the show Tissue Time with Heidi Cortez Sirius XM satellite radio channel. On the show, Cortez read saucy, comical, bedtime stories to listeners at the end of the day. As of August 2006 the show was canceled.
Her acting & modeling career took off internationally in commercial & print. Including Maxim Magazine, several TV commercials & music videos.
She released her first book Heidi’s Bedtime Stories on November 7, 2006 through, Simon & Schuster, which immediately made the Barnes & Noble's Best Sellers List. Soon after, in June 2007 the book was published again in paperback. In 2007-2008 Cortez was cast and appeared on the hit American reality television show Sunset Tan on the E! Network for 2 seasons.
Cortez owns Cabana Tans in Reno, which is one of the largest in Northern Nevada.
Cortez now resides in Los Angeles where she is the creator, executive producer & writer for www.ThePerfectStory.com .
She also involves herself in such charities as Social Vibe & Direct Relief International
