Gurskøy is an island in the municipalities of Sande and Herøy in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The island has an area of 137 square kilometres (53 sq mi). The villages of Gursken, Larsnes, and Moldtustranda are located on the island. The southern part of the island was historically part of the municipality of Rovde.[1]
The island lies north of the Rovdestranda area on the mainland and between the islands of Hareidlandet (on the east) and Kvamsøya, Voksa, and Sandsøya (on the west).
The island is home to many fishing-related industries such as fishing and fish processing.[1]
