The Guiana United Muslim Party was a political party in Guyana. It first contested national elections in 1964, but received only 0.5% of the vote and failed to win a seat.[1] In the 1968 elections it received only 0.3% of the vote and again failed to win a seat. This is due to the small population of Muslims in Guyana which compromises 7.2% of the population. The party did not contest any further elections.[2]
