The Green Barbet (Stactolaema olivacea) is a species of bird in the Lybiidae family. It is found in Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, Mozambique and South Africa.[1]

The southern-most race S. o. woodwardi, or Woodward's Barbet, is endemic to Ongoye Forest in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. It is named for its discoverers, the Woodward brothers.
