In the fictional Marvel Comics universe Graymalkin Industries is the undercover name for X-Men new headquarters in San Francisco following their departure from their former X-Mansion, destroyed during Messiah Complex. It is the base of operations and training site of the X-Men. It's located on the Marin Headlands just north of San Francisco, being built into the long-abandoned military bunkers that line the cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

The blueprints of the facility first appeared Astonishing X-Men Sketchbook Special, but it first appearance in an actual comic was in Warren Ellis and Simone Bianchi Astonishing X-Men #25. In Uncanny X-Men #500 the under construction facility was visited by Sadie Sinclair, the mayor of San Francisco. As of Uncanny X-Men #504 Graymalkin was also inhabited by depowered mutants.
Life at Graymalkin Industries was short lived, as soon after, anti-mutant sentiment propagated by Simon Trask and aided by the actions of Norman Osborn, caused riots to explode in San Francisco. This along with Proposition X (which would outlaw mutant reproduction) resulted in public opinion to shift against the X-Men. In order to protect his people, Cyclops has Asteroid M resurrected from the ocean floor, and made into the last X-Men base "Utopia". Graymalkin Industries is now abandoned.
The surface of the facility was built to look like a mutant community center or even an embassy. However the actual base is situated underground.
Like the Xavier School, Graymalkin contains many of the same features. The Danger Room, Cerebra room, Cyclops and Emma Frost offices, the hangar, which houses many transportation vehicles, as well as aircraft such as the X-Men Blackbird and other rooms are on the upper level of the building. The main power system, that uses ecological energy sources such as hydropower, the infirmary and the laboratory are on the lower level.
Although the base is designed for many occupants, it is made mention by Armor that the staff intend to move into the city of San Francisco with some of the students and mentor them.
