Goyaglycoside
goyaglycoside is any of several related glycosides found in the fruits bitter melon vine (Momordica charantia), called goya in Okinawan language.[1] They include:
- goyaglycoside c.[1]
- goyaglycoside d.[1]
Goyaglycosides c and d can be extracted from the fresh fruit with methanol and ethyl acetate.[1]
