Gooby, is a 2009 children's film directed by Wilson Coneybeare featuring the voice of Robbie Coltrane as the voice of Gooby, a living teddy bear, and Matthew Knight as Willy, an 11 year old child who is scared of his new house.

The film was shot on a budget of $6.5 million. Review aggregation website Rotten Tomatoes gives it 20% Rotten based on five reviews.[1]

Plot

Willy is terrified about moving into the family's new home. He's convinced it's filled with space aliens out to get him. In response to his wish for someone to save him, a teddybear Gooby comes to life as a loveable, furry creature who in fact seems more frightened of the world than Willy. The two have hair-raising adventures. In the end, Gooby fulfills Willy's initial wish by bringing Willy and his father together.
