The sailback houndshark, Gogolia filewoodi, is a hound shark of the family Triakidae, the only member of the genus Gogolia, found in deep water on the continental shelf off northern Papua New Guinea. Only one specimen is known, 74 cm long and found at a depth of 73 m.
Reproduction is ovoviviparous.
