The George R. Minot House is a National Historic Landmark at 71 Sears Road in Brookline, Massachusetts.

The Colonial Revival house was built in 1929 and was the home of George R. Minot, a Nobel Prize winner in medicine and Physiology who discovered a cure for pernicious anemia. The house was added to the National Historic Register in 1976.[2]
