Geoff Daniela (born 28 February 1987 in Auckland, New Zealand) is a rugby league player who currently plays for the Wests Tigers in the National Rugby League (NRL). Daniela is a Cook Islands international.

Daniela primarily plays in the centres and he can also play on the wing.

Junior Years

Daniela attended school at St Dominics College, Kingswood. He played junior football with St. Mary's and represented New South Wales at an under-17s and under-19s level.[1]

Playing career

Daniela made his NRL debut with the Panthers in round 11, 2007, against the Wests Tigers at CUA Stadium. In his three seasons with the Panthers he scored 13 tries from just 20 appeances.

Joining the Wests Tigers from 2010, [2] Daniela made 13 appearances in the first season at his new club, either playing at centre or starting from the bench. He scored a hat-trick in a game against the New Zealand Warriors, and played in one semi-final.[3] In 2011, a torn pectoral muscle suffered in round 2[4] saw him take no further part in the season.

Representative career

Daniela represented the Cook Islands in the Pacific Cup and again in 2010.[5][6]
