Lea is a village in Wiltshire, England. It is approximately a mile east of Malmesbury.
It is part of the parish of Lea and Cleverton which includes the village of Garsdon and the hamlet of Cleverton. In the 2001 census the parish had a population of 769.[1] Garsdon was formerly a separate parish.[2]

There is a primary school in Lea, and the local secondary school is Malmesbury School, in Malmesbury. The village also has a village hall. The Rose and Crown Public House. Other facilities in the village include a tennis courts and a children's play area.
Lea has a cricket team - "Lea Lackadasicals". They play about 10 friendly matches a year, normally on a Sunday afternoon.
