Ganaur (Hindi: गन्नौर) is a city and a municipal committee in Sonipat district in the state of Haryana, India.

As of 2001[update] India census[1], Ganaur had a population of 29,005. Males constitute 54% of the population and females 46%. Ganaur has an average literacy rate of 68%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 75%, and female literacy is 59%. In Ganaur, 15% of the population is under 6 years of age. The town is known for Gurumaa Ashram. There is a children's park in the center of the city, called Ch. Lahri Singh Park.
Ganaur is located 60 km north of the National Capital, New Delhi, and is on the National Highway 1 (Delhi - Amristar).
