Grupo Desportivo Interclube, usually known as either Interclube or Inter Luanda, is an Angolan football club based in Luanda. They play at 12,000 capacity Estádio 22 de Junho.

History

Founded in 1953, Inter Luanda won its first title, the Angolan Cup, in 1986.

In 2005, the club finished in 9th place in the Angolan first division.[1] In that year, it also reached the domestic cup final, but was defeated 0–1 by Atlético Sport Aviação.[2]

Two players from Inter represented the Angola national team in its first FIFA World Cup tournament, in 2006 in Germany: Miloy and Mário.

Interclube plays its home matches at Estádio 22 de Junho, which has a maximum capacity of 8,000. It was built in 2004.[4] Interclube is so far the first club in the Angolan Girabola which built and plays in his own stadium.
