Fujimorism or Fujimorismo is a political ideology in Peru, established by former president Alberto Fujimori.
It was developed by Alberto Fujimori from his anti-terrorist and free market policies of the 1990s. It is a right-wing pragmatist and staunch anti-communist political movement and in many cases may even be considered authoritarian.
Followers of fujimorism are called "fujimorista", the most prominent among them is Keiko Fujimori, the ex-president's daughter and presidential candidate in 2011.
Fujimorist parties and electoral coalitions include Cambio 90-New Majority, Sí Cumple, Peru 2000, Alliance for the Future (2006-11), and Fuerza 2011.
