French Bread (known as Watanabe Seisakujo prior to 2003) is a Japanese development company best known for their work in the Melty Blood series. Beginning in dōjin circles, most of their games fall under the fighting game genre, although older releases like Bike Banditz are not. Their newest release,Under Night In-Birth, is expected to be released in Fall 2011.[1]
