French Film Festival UK

The French Film Festival UK (also named FFF UK) is an association founded in 1992. The association was first based in Edinburgh and Glasgow, before spreading to other parts of the United Kingdom. The Festival takes place generally between November and the beginning of December, with a programme of French or French-language movies (movies, shorts, documentary, animations, etc.).

2006

The French Film Festival UK takes place in 5 cinemas and receives guests Bertrand Tavernier and Cédric Klapisch.

2007

FFF UK, takes place in 6 cinemas and shows films as Le Couperet with José Garcia, de la comédie with Franck Dubosc in Camping or Combien tu m'aimes? with Gérard Depardieu and Monica Bellucci, ...

2009

The festival is now in 10 cities in the United Kingdom. This year the festival presents the films of Jacques Tati.

2010

Presentation of Le Petit Nicolas and shows of Pierre Étaix's Le Grand Amour. There were more than 20,000 attendees.

2011

Running between November 9th and December 4th.
