Frank Feltscher Martínez (born 17 May 1988 in Bülach, Switzerland) is a Venezuelan football midfielder of Swiss descent who plays for Grasshopper Club Zürich.

After emerging through the youth ranks at Grasshopper, he joined Lecce in the summer of 2008. The Serie A club U.S. Lecce has the Swiss U-21 national team player loaned out until the end of the 2008/2009 season at AC Bellinzona.
He played for the Switzerland national under-21 football team, since 2007.
On September 2, 2011 Frank made the starting line-up for The Venezuelan National Team in a friendly match against Argentina in India. Making him not eligible for the Swiss National Team in the future. He Showed great skills and passion for his National Jersey.[1]
His brothers, Rolf Feltscher Martinez, also plays for Parma as a defender and Mattia Desole, plays for AC Milan U20.
Frank holds Venezuelan, Swiss and Italian passports.
