Foucher-Gasparini

Foucher-Gasparini were a Paris, France based builder of barrel organs, existing from 1865 to 1928.

Gasparini travelled from Italy to learn organ building, forming a partnership with Frenchman Foucher in Paris from 1865. The organs were noted for their soft tones, with their trademarks being the rounded shape of the front piece, with lots of curls and other decorations.[1]

The company exported a lot of organs to the Netherlands, it remained in activities until 1928.[2]

, when it is bought by Limonaire Frères. Gasparini organs are common in France in the 52 keys scale.
