Fjørtofta is an island in the municipality of Haram in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. It is located in the northern part of the municipality of Haram, between the islands of Flemsøya (in Haram), Harøya (in Sandøy), and Midøya and Dryna (in Midsund).[1]
Fjørtofta is a fairly flat island with agriculture and fishing being the main industries. The island has ferry connections to Brattvåg on the mainland of Haram and to Myklebost in Sandøy.
