The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) (Dutch: Autoriteit voor Financiële Diensten en Markten, French: L’Autorité des services et marchés financiers) is the financial regulatory agency in Belgium.
The FSMA was formed on 1 April 2011, replacing the the Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission (Belgium) as the new integrated financial regulator in Belgium under the so called "Twin Peaks" model where it shares responsibility for the financial markets with the Central bank of Belgium.[1][2]
