Fauconneau

A Fauconneau was small type of cannon used during the Middle-Ages and the early Renaissance.[1] Typically, a fauconneau would weigh about 25kg and have a length of about 1 meter. It was a semi-portable weapon.[2] The fauconneau was mainly an anti-personnel weapon to be used on fixed fortifications.[3]
