Fatayer

Fatayer is a meat pie pastry that can alternatively be stuffed with spinach (sabaneq), or cheese (jibnah). It is part of Middle Eastern cuisine and is eaten in Turkey, Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Jordan and other countries in the region.[1]
