Exoniensis (usually abbreviated Exon.) is the post-nominal suffix given to honorary and academic degrees from the University of Exeter. The term is the anglicisation of the Latin for "of Exeter". In this way, it is equivalent to "Oxon." from the University of Oxford and "Cantab." from the University of Cambridge.
A graduate of the University of Exeter is called an "Exonian," although other institutions also use this term.
