Eve Troutt Powell
Eve M. Troutt Powell is a historian of the Middle East and North Africa, and an Associate Professor at University of Pennsylvania in the Department of History.[1]
She graduated with a B.A, M.A., and Ph.D. from Harvard University. She taught at the University of Georgia.[2] She was a presidential intern at American University of Cairo.[3] She is a member of the American Historical Association.[4] She is an expert on Egypt, Sudan, and slavery in the Nile Valley.[5]
