Eusebio Guiñazú (born 15 January 1982 in Mendoza, Argentina) is an Argentinian rugby union footballer currently playing with Stade Toulousain in the Top 14. He signed freom the the Stormers Super 14 franchise. He was released by SU Agen in July 2009 due to club's financial problems. Previously he played for RC Mendoza in Argentina and another French club, RC Toulon. He has also played for the Argentina national team. His usual position is as a prop or hooker.

He was not initially named to the Argentina squad for the 2007 Rugby World Cup, but was called in for the third-place match against France as a replacement for the injured Mario Ledesma.[1]
