Eurojackpot is a future European lottery of eight countries starting March 2012. Participating countries are (in alphabetical order) Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Iceland, the Netherlands, Norway and Slovenia. The jackpot will start at 10,000,000 € and can reach 90,000,000 €.[1][2][3][4] Playing EuroJackpot will just cost 2 Euro per ticket. The chances to win the jackpot are unusually high: 1:59.000.000. The goal is to choose the right 5 numbers out of 50 plus 2 out of another 8 numbers. The organizors expect about 50 million players a week.[5] The lottery draw will take place only once a week [6]. Every friday Helsinki decides about who is going to be a new millionaire. The evaluation of the lottery tickets will be done in Germany.
