• Ethicon Inc., a manufacturer of surgical sutures and wound closure devices that was founded in 1949
• Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Inc., a manufacturer of medical devices designed for minimally invasive surgery that became a distinct corporate entity from Ethicon, Inc. in 1992.
