Theophilus Ernest Eastman[1](normally written as T. Ernest or Ernest) (March 27, 1927 – February 28, 2011)[2] was a politician in Liberia.[3] He served as foreign minister of Liberia from 1983 to 1986 under dictator Samuel Doe. He was preceded by Henry Boimah Fahnbulleh and replaced by John Bernard Blamo.[4]
Eastman was a graduate of Oberlin College and Columbia University.[5][6]
