Ericiolacerta was a small therocephalian therapsid from the early Triassic of South Africa and Antarctica.[1] It was around 20 centimetres (7.9 in) in length, with long limbs and relatively small teeth. It was probably fairly active, and ate insects and other small invertebrates.[2]
The fossils suggest that it was an arboreal/terrestrial carnivore, which possibly hunted in packs.
