Emanuel Biancucchi Cuccitini (born 28 July 1988) is an Argentine-Italian football midfielder, who plays for Girona FC.[3]

Career

A youth product of Newell's Old Boys, Biancucchi moved in Germany in 2008 to join 2.Bundesliga club 1860 München.[4]

In January 2011, he joined Italian Serie A club Cesena for a trial period,[5][6] but transferred to Girona FC in the Segunda División instead,[7] but he still has a valid contract with 1860.

Personal life

He is the cousin of FC Barcelona player Lionel Messi and brother of Maxi Biancucchi.[8] He also has Italian citizenship, and is represented by his uncle (Lionel Messi's father).
