Eileen Chamberlain Donahoe is a former affiliate at Center for International Security and Cooperation of Stanford University.[1] In November 2009, She was appointed by President Obama as the United States Ambassador to the United Nations Human Rights Council at Geneva.[2]
Dr. Donahoe holds a BA in American Studies from Dartmouth College, and She receives her JD and master's degree in East Asia Studies from Stanford University. She also earned a MA in Theological Studies from Harvard University, and a Ph.D in Ethics and Social Theory from the Graduate Theological Union which cooperates with the University of California Berkeley.
