Egnatius Dexter Maximus (c. 230 - aft. 263) was a Roman politician.
He was the son of Quintus Egnatius Gallienus Perpetuus and wife Tarronia.
He was Consul Ordinarius in 263, during the rule of his second cousin once removed Gallienus.
He married and had a daughter Dextra, born c. 250, who married Marcus Mummius Albinus.[1]
