The ESCEM School of Business and Management is a business school in France. With a yearly enrolment of more than 2000 business students. ESCEM awards around 15 different qualifications from 2 year degrees to Masters level degrees. ESCEM is one of the French Grandes écoles, and as such it requires passing extremely selective, first-past-the-post entrance examinations.

Created in April 1998, ESCEM is the result of a merger between two business schools: ESC Tours and ESC Poitiers. ESCEM is accredited by both AACSB and EQUIS, two of the leading international business school accreditation bodies. Since the merger the ESCEM School of Business and Management has doubled its staff and its amenities. ESCEM's puts a strong emphasis on its organizational values of Commitment, Humility, Integrity and Curiosity. The school has integrated these values into its curriculum, purpose and programs.

Since 2002, The ESCEM School of Business and Management has integrated Sustainable Development into its main academic programs. In 2010 ESCEM was ranked 8th amongst the top 40 business schools in France by "Le Point", one of France's leading Magazines [1].

In 2007, ESCEM launched the Distance MBA, the first ever French run online MBA in Europe. This part-time international MBA takes holds onsite courses at ESCEM's campus in Tours, France. Each of the courses in this MBA (open to all managers worldwide) have 10 hours of required on-site courses and the courses are completed by distance learning through @stroLab, ESCEM's distance learning platform and center for internet activities innovation. The capstone project for this flexible program designed for busy working adults is an action research project in Sustainable Development.

Schooling at ESCEM Tours-Poitiers is divided into six semesters, in French (on the Tours campus) or in English (on the Poitiers campus). Students gain international experience and can be awarded a double-degree (either Bachelor's or Master's). The school has partnered with 91 universities worldwide and offers 26 double-degrees.

Each Year, ESCEM awards degrees to about 600 students and has awarded almost 10,000 degrees to date.
