Ebiquity, Plc. LSE : EBQ is an international provider of media and marketing analytics. They provide a range of services for advertisers which aim to improve their marketing performance management by delivering services that help increase their return on marketing investment.[3]

Ebiquity – formerly Thomson Intermedia – was founded in 1997, to provide an advertising monitoring system linked directly to media expenditure. The company floated on the AIM market in 2000.[2]
Acquisitions and the launching of new services have facilitated the company's growth in recent years. In 2005 it acquired Billetts, a media consultancy and analytics company. In 2008, the group rebranded as Ebiquity and launched Newsllive and ePublisher to the PR and publishing industries respectively.[4] On April 13th 2010 Ebiquity finalised the acquisitions of Xtreme Information a global advertising and media intelligence company and TMC (Thomson Media Control GmbH KG) a German based advertising monitoring company.[5] [6]On 14 February 2011, all 18 Billetts and Xtreme offices worldwide became Ebiquity offices, including MAI in Chicago and Thomson Media Control in Germany. [7]On May 2011 Ebiquity acquired Echo Research, the global reputation analysis, media measurement and stakeholder research specialist.
Ebiquity Plc offers consultancy and business critical data services both in the UK and internationally. Their consultancy services are provided by media professionals using proprietary technology and business critical data is delivered using online platforms.[3]
Services include: media auditing, marketing effectiveness, competitive advertising monitoring, news monitoring and e-vouching.[8]
Ebiquity subsidiaries include Ebiquity Associates Limited, Billetts America LLC, Billetts France SARL, Xtreme Information Limited and Xtreme Information Services (Australia) Pty Limited.[8]
