easyFairs is an internationally active organizer of trade fairs, based in Brussels, Belgium, and part of the Artexis Group. It was established by Eric Everard in 2003, leveraging an extensive network of contacts in the European exhibitions industry, and has since experienced rapid growth, showing greater resilience to economic downturn than other events organizers.[1]

easyFairs currently runs trade fairs in 16 European countries and Latin America. Its shows are organized on a low-cost basis with standard exhibitor modules, and typically last only two days, in contrast to larger international exhibitions. Everard has characterized easyFairs as "the Ryanair of trade shows".[2]

In November 2008 Everard presented his vision for expanding the trade shows market based on the easyFairs concept at the [UFI] (Union des Foires Internationales) conference in Istanbul. [3]

easyFairs is particularly well known for its trade shows in the packaging and industrial technologies industries. [4][5][6]
