"East to West" is a song by the Christian rock band Casting Crowns. It was their first single off of their 2007 album The Altar and the Door, and was a hit single at Christian Radio. "East to West" won the "Song of the Year" award at the 2008 GMA Dove Awards, and was also Grammy Award-nominated for the category "Best Gospel Performance" at the 51st Grammy Awards.[1]

This song was also from the WOW series, WOW Hits 1.
