Driver drowsiness detection

Driver drowsiness detection is a car safety technology which prevents accidents when the driver is getting drowsy.

Current systems learn driver patterns and can detect when a driver is becoming drowsy.

'Drowsy driving', sleep-related vehicle accidents (SRVA's) are a common type of road crash. Being well-rested before starting a long journey is obviously wise and it is extremely important to have a proper break from driving every two hours or every 100 miles, whichever comes sooner.
