Draug is a Norwegian role-playing game (RPG) set in the 19th century, and is based on the FUDGE game engine.[1] It was created by Matthijs Holter in 2004, and was published by Spartacus.
The setting of Draug is a cross between historical Norway in 1801 and the fairy tales of that period. It is the first Norwegian RPG based on Norwegian history and mythology.[1] The first supplement, Beist og Borgerskap, is a collection of three adventures with three different modes of play published in 2005. Festligheter på Fladebye is a murder mystery set in high society. Uren, Luren is a narrativisic adventure inspired by Norwegian folk tales collected by Asbjørnsen and Moe. Jern Katja is a horror adventure set in a rural environment with a tragedy in its past.
