Dobec is a small village in the hills to the north of Begunje in the Municipality of Cerknica in the Inner Carniola region of Slovenia.[2]
The local church, built outside the settlement to the north is dedicated to Saint Leonard and belongs to the Parish of Begunje pri Cerknici.[3]
