Dimenoxadol (INN; Estocin), or dimenoxadole (BAN), is an opioid analgesic which is a diphenylacetic acid derivative, related to other drugs such as dextropropoxyphene.
It was invented in Germany in the 1950s[1], and produces similar effects to other opioids, including analgesia, sedation, dizziness and nausea.[2][3][4]
