Dennis Persson (born June 2, 1988) is a Swedish professional ice hockey defenceman who is currently playing for the Buffalo Sabres organization of the National Hockey League.

Persson was drafted by the Buffalo Sabres in the first round, 24th overall, in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft. The Buffalo Sabres signed Persson to a 3-year entry level contract on June 3, 2008.
On March 25, 2009, Persson was reassigned to the Buffalo Sabres' American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Portland Pirates.
